So I know missing a period is normal, but I have some mild symptoms of early pregnancy! I tested today and it was negative. There is cry little chance I could be pregnant but I am freaking out. Has anyone had this? I am a week late and the symptoms started today.

I end up testing almost every month. I still continue to have little to no Tom evn after maintaining, but with a low carb diet.

Symptoms of pregnancy and Tom can be very similar. If the test is negative you shouldn't worry.

Thanks! I logically know it most likely the diet (especially after testing as both my pregnancies I got positives BEFORE I missed TOM and I am late now) but I am still freaking out
