Collard Greens

does anyone have a good recipe for collard greens? I love the brand Glory's (canned) but it's too high in carbs :( any ideas?

I normally cook all greens (mustard, turnips, and collards) fresh. I add Goya's Ham seasoning (0/0/0 instead of using a smoked ham hock) with some onion and garlic granules. Cook them down in a pot with salted water until tender. If frozen, i just heat them up and then season.

Ohhhhh, this sounds good. Where do you get your Goya's Ham Seasoning?
