Breakfast: ProtiDiet maple oatmeal with cinnamon, coffee with 2 oz EAS AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

Lunch: IP veggie chili with 2C chopped zucchini

Dinner: Will have to rustle something up from the hospital cafe at work tonight

Snack: Health Wise NY Cheesecake pudding w/WF caramel syrup

LUNCH: Veggie Gumbo with 2 oz Shredded Pork
SUPPER: Greek Salad yum!!
SNACK: Chai Tea, Pineapple Chamomile Tea

Todays my start of my 3rd week! and I'm also down to only having 3 IP's per day, I'm allowed 1 restricted which I'm going to be having at breakfast I'm thinking.

Breakfast: IP SouthWest Curls

Lunch: IP Chicken Noodle Soup & 2 Cups Asparagus

Dinner: 2 Cups of Spinach, 2 TBSP WF Dressing, 8oz Chicken Breast

Snack: IP Chocolate Drink.

Lunch: salad with 1 boiled egg, chocolate shake

Dinner: Barbeque Pork with coleslaw over a bed of romaine with citrus dressing

Snack: cafe Caramel RTD EAS

snack--jicama with cinnamon and splenda
Lunch--cucumber salad with evoo and vin and BBQ ridges
Dinner--4 egg omelett with veggies and side of broccoli
Snack--mug cake

Phase One

Breakfast: IP Capuccino drink with coffee
Lunch: Filet Mignon (I have been eating tuna as my protein for weeks and I was so hungry for red meat I ate it pretty much like a caveman, LOL!)
Dinner: IP Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs - these things are FANTASTIC, why don't people talk about them more??
Snack: IP Chocolate RM drink
