  • Breakfast: cafe caramel EAS Shake

    Lunch: 1/2 c. grits (grated cauli) and 1 egg

    Snack: Shake Strawberry made with vanilla EAS and 2T strawberry syrup
    1 c. romaine lettuce with citrus dressing

    Dinner: Big Mac in a bowl with mixed greens and cucumber

    Snack: Shake I don't know what kind. Chocolate and coffee...
  • Breakfast: Health Wise bacon & cheese omelette w/1 cup spinach

    Lunch: Health Wise caramel crunch bar, 1 cup cucumber w/WF dressing for dip

    Dinner: Will have to scrounge in the hospital cafeteria - probably bunless turkey burger over a salad!

    Snack: Balanced Protein cocomint creme pudding
  • Breakfast - BBQ Ridges

    Lunch - Vanilla RTD with Peppers and cucumbers

    Dinner - Big Mac in a Bowl -----it was the first time I had it and I loved it.

    Snack - Butterscotch Pudding with WF Marshmallow
  • Breakfast--cauliflower pancakes
    Lunch--Protidiet vanilla wafer and green pepper
    Snack--mint cocoa
    dinner--BIG salad and chicken breast
    Snack--HealthSmart cheesecake

    L: in a restaurant small burger, lettuce, tomato, side salad with bun removed
    S: cap drink
    D: small lobster tail steamed in oven, mixed veggies with oil

    My brother cooked the lobster in my house and yes it does stink. But it tasted so good. Who needs butter? Yummy without!
