what is a realistic goal?

Hi All,
What is a realistic goal to expect by Christmas? I just started IP today and am planning or hoping on losing 115 lbs. Is it unrealistic to think that i can take off 20 by Christmas? Again, everyone is so inspiring with your weight loss but hey, I made it through day 1! :D

20 pounds is definitely achievable by Christmas! If you stick to it 100% you'll probably lose double that if not more by Christmas! But remember...100%!

I agree with these ladies, TOTALLY do able. I've lost 38 pounds in 2 months on IP. Good luck, you CAN do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
