Phase 1, day 70 or 10 weeks...

Breakfast: chocolate rtd with coffee

Lunch: salad with egg and cucumbers

Snack: shake

Dinner: chicken with a salad and cucumbers also wf barbeque sauce and wf marmalade spread

Snack: shake

When I make my curry, I add a little sugar free vanilla coffee creamer with water curry paste and coconut extract. I also add in 'riced' cauliflower.. so yummy.

Yes, I am on Phase 1. Thanks for telling me that. My coach never said how much, just to limit tomatoes to twice a week! So I assumed that that it meant 2 cups and meaning 4 cups per week! Worse off, I had this exact same thing last night! Whoops! So I really blew it! I see her on Thursday and will mention it. Thanks!
