Dumb Question
 

I am new to the forum and would like to know how to get a ticker, to show my weight loss. I read something about 20 posts? I think I may have that or more. A little help if someone has the time. thanks Jim:devil:

You have to be here at least 20 days and have posted 20 times. When that happens, go to your "User CP" and in the left-hand menu you will see "Edit signature" - that is where you can put your ticker :)

No questions are dumb. However, a lot of your questions can be answered in the first 2 threads at the top of the page. There are A LOT of answers, so your best bet is to go to "google" and google what you want to know with Ideal Protein in there too, and it'll narrow down where to find threads etc. Hope that helps! :)

I hadn't posted in my 20 days, but it let me have the ticker after 20 days. :)
