A lot of the Chinese places near us have a 'diet menu' with steamed shrimp, steak or chicken and mixed veggies. I get that (made w/garlic and ginger), no rice and LOTS of soy sauce and hot sauce (no carb, MSG)

Carl's Jr. is one of our favs for the low carb burger...as far as a sit down restaurant, they do have one good place here where I can get a portabella mushroom cap with a hamburger patty..it is so delicious! I just give the bread to dh and order some steamed veggies.
