Is there a salad dressing packet in the package? Maybe they are counting carbs for that plus the fat??? That is very high...

Are you sure there isn't a salad dressing package in the bag? Every create your own or salad mix I've ever purchased has come with a salad dressing.

The first time I bought one, I didn't realize the salad dressing was included (I didn't see the dressing package until I opened the bag). They also usually come with some kind of crouton or other kind of crunchy bits.

If the information is NOT including any dressing, that's way too much carbs and fats (we usually have about 20-40 carbs a DAY). But as others mentioned I suspect that's WITH dressing.

Although I've never heard of "spicy broccoli" as a plain vegetable. Maybe that is marinated in something and that is where the fat and carbs are coming from?
