Default Question about eggs

Happy Saturday all! If I eat two eggs in the morning on phase 1, can I have more protein in the evening?

People will correct me if I'm wrong but my understanding is you can have your meat and veggies whenever you want throughout the day. 2 eggs + 4 egg whites is a meat allowance for the day. If you go your route, then you'll have less meat at supper. How 'bout 1 egg + some whites if you need the "yolkiness"? Put some veggies in for an omelette too!

It's a lot of meat to have at supper so some people take less ounces of meat at dinner and supplement their lunch or breakfast. This gives you an extra IP packet to have -- either as a snack later in the morning, or any other time of day too.

yeah when I eat eggs I count them each as 2 oz of protein...so I am almost always eating 6 oz of protein at dinner when I have my egg and 2 egg whites at breakfast!

That's odd, my sheet says 4 egg whites and 2 egg yolks, which I interpreted as 2 whole eggs plus two egg whites. I just started in August. Has a new sheet come out since then??

I think people are reading of the June Phase 1 sheet. What's the date on yours? Any chance you can post it?

My question is, what is your line of thinking for wanting to use eggs instead of a packet for breakfast? More hunger later in the day? Wanting "regular" food for breakfast? Just trying to understand what you want to achieve.

In terms of protein content, two whole eggs has about the same amount of protein as one IP packet, so no that would not mean that you would be able to have more protein at dinner.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I wanted to have something different for breakfast. Normally I have a drink.
