Dehydrator
 

Does anyone use one on a regular basis. And what kind or brand? I think it would be nice to have. just need some input on a quality one. Thanks:devil:

So, rainbow, is one still on your wish list?

DH got my 30+ year old Excalibur out of storage and cleaned up. The only place for it was in the former motorcycle shed, now DH's tool shed. I haven't used it yet. Mentally, I think things will taste like grease, like his tools smell. But, it's better than the back porch where the cat box is.

Anyway, it's been a few years since I used my Excalibur, but it was great and has lasted all these years. I hope to get into using it again. Especially for jerky.

hi gorgeous one!!! for now the dehydrator is on hold!! i still am enjoying my oven chips!!! but the jerky is tempting me!! :)

I LOVE your oven chips. Had a batch of yellow squash just yesterday. They came out perfect and were gone in just a few minutes. Jerky is REALLY good.
