Grab a magnifying glass and look on the back of each foil pack... they are there, on the bottom... in super super tiny tiny print! ;0)

Really? Weird... I just add 8 oz water to most of them... more if it is a pudding that I am trying to make more shake-like. Good luck!

And congrats on the 4 additional lbs lost - that is awesome!!!!

If you go to plainprotein.com, they have magnified pictures of the ingredients/nutrition information/instructions for each product.

not all of the boxes have the instrutions on the same side as the nuti info.

My coach gave me a sheet that gave basic instrutions for most of the packets. For your tomato soup us 6-8oz water and your chili use 5-6 oz water.

I did the exact same thing with the chili today. Took it to work not realizing the instructions weren't on the foil package. I ended up putting too much water and had veggie chili soup instead of chili. Still tasted alright though.

I'm into my second week and have found a lot that I like but several that I just can NOT do. For those of you that have had the IP veggie chili - can you tell me if you liked it? Was it anything at all like the soy patty? I know everybody has their own certain tastes but I thought I would ask opinions before I asked for it one week and then end up throwing away like I did the soy patty :-)

Two weigh-ins and lost 3lbs first week (had 40th high school reunion for a full weekend so was very hard to get the IP in but made sure that I didn't eat a thing that wasn't on my list!!) Lost 3.8 my second week. I can't believe how easy it is to stay on this diet!
