When to start on Phase 2?
When do you start on Phase 2, I am doing the alternative plan?

I think the newest protocol says when you've lost 100% of your weight.
It seems that it varies in terms of results- some lose a few in p2 and then gain a bit (glycogen) in p3, others lose a few and keep it off. I'm planning on staying on phase 1 til I get 100% to my goal, maybe even a little bit less in case there's a gain. |
