Lots of good information. I just placed my first order with Nashua and signed up for their "Lifetime Diet Club" which gave me the automatic 10% discount on everything. And since my order was over $99, I got free shipping. Can't wait to try some new things. Thanks to everyone that has posted here.

I'm gradually fading into alternatives because of the sheer cost of IP. :D

Say what?! I have never heard of this- how did you sign up?

Also, I just got an email from Nashua about a new line they've launched called control. I am looking at the nutrition and the bars some to be a little lower in protein than is recommended for IP, but the shakes could definitely work. They are offering 20%!

Stacey - At the end of placing your order there is a comment box. In there say you want to sign up for their Lifetime Diet Club and safe 10%. They will send you an email and you'll sign up that way. They don't advertise it anywhere on their site. I found out about it reading through old threads. :)

I have been doing the same thing. I am probably 50-50 right now. I love the chocolate shakes too much and have not found another one that I like as much yet. I still see my coach weekly and purchase 12 packets and my vitamins from her. She hasn't really said much about it so I keep going. I feel almost ready to take the leap to "full on rogue" but I need to believe I can do this alone and with the help of everyone here.

You know I've got your back if you decide to join the Rogues Gallery! We can start a local support group :)

I may be headed that way myself. I'm sure I can do this on my own after 6 weeks and all the information here. Right now I'm 50/50 but it's quite a drive to my Coach and I can spend less on gas than the shipping cost. All I'm really getting from my Coach now is WI and measurements. I can get those at home.

Thanks !! I think I am about ready to go rogue. I thought I would get more advice from my coach and help with the increase in exercise and hoping to still lose weight. She keeps telling me "you are crazy for what you are doing" and I ask "crazy bad as in stop or just plain crazy?" She nicely answers "just plain crazy" I do love the alternatives and stocked up today on cocomint pudding (the only pudding I will eat), chocolate cake and I am trying health wise caramel crunch bars. It is so exciting to get new things!!

Can someone please confirm that the below items are allowed on phase 1:

Protidiet chocolate dream bar
Protidiet grape drink mix
Prot-Thin fusillii protein pasta

I think they all are from my research but want to be absolutely sure!
Thank you!!

They are and are all non-restricted. Enjoy.

Just to clarify - the Chocolate dream bar is NOT unrestricted. Even though the carb count puts it in the unrestricted range, it is WAY too high in fat (160 calories, 110 calories from fat). We can use it as a restricted on Phase 1, similar to the soy nuts that IP makes which are also low enough in carbs but too high in fat to be unrestricted.

I placed another order from Nashua Nutrition yesterday!:carrot: Thank you to all who have posted your favorites!! I love that some of the items are unrestricted even though they seem sinfully delicious!!;)

Question...... I think I ordered a "no-no".... Ordered the Protidiet vanilla wafers.....but when I was "re" reviewing all the stats I realized the fat content may be too high (unless I'm reading it wrong)?

Ilovesugar 02-18-2013 07:34 PM

Thank you for clarifying! I'm excited for a bit of a variety.:)
