Phase 1: 60 days, 8 weeks and 4 days
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake with coffee
Lunch: 3 c. of mixed greens
Snack: vanilla shake with orange crystal light...mmmm orange julius
Dinner: Carl's jr. low carb burger
Snack: ???
