im not in ketosis how long will it take me to get back in that state.i had somethin i shouldnt of had and im only in my 3rd week.what should i do besides following protocol 100%.will it take 3-5 days to be back on track or is it possible to still lose weight?

i'm very discouraged, ive been slowly weening myself off ideal protein because i cant afford and it taking what i learnt and using that.
However the scale has jumped 5lbs in the past few days. very disapointing, i feel like it has taken over my life and i will gain everything back that ive lost. im discouraged and feel like ill never completely get off this diet and eating healthy in my own way without gaining all the weight back! |
