When can I start exercising?
I know you are not suppose to start exercising for the first 3 or 4 weeks on IP. Is it OK to start after that? If so, is there recommended level or type of exercise?

I'll add some more onto cbl70's question: I'm starting my 4th week on Friday and have been reading about the Slow Burn weight training. Is anyone doing that? How is it working for you?
