Every coaches seems to be different. My coach says yes to SF jello, even up to 2 a day and i've lost about 61lbs so far ...they have been a life saver at times!!!

I think sugar free jello usually has aspartame, and that's why it's not allowed.

Exactly. Some of us use the Knox gelatin packets, and flavor with MIO, or unsweetened Koolaid & stevia or splenda.
