Good luck to everyone.

Today is my off day from work so it's homework, cleaning house, and my IP!

On my way to my final weigh in before i start Phase 3 on Saturday - anxious a it because it means i am DONE with the weight loss portion of the program (what if should have gone longer?) and and starting the REST OF MY LIFE portion of the program (what if I am not successful?). Always second guessing.

Luckily, DH is on phase 1 for another month so it will help me transition.

Off to find the 'final numbers!'

Rainy day in CT - enjoy all.

Talking Newbie Day 7 - First Weigh In

First weigh in in IP program today

Good news: Down 9 lbs and 6 1/4 inchs....whoop whoop

Bad news: 3 of these lbs lost were muscle, not fat...total bummer

Coach said I must be mindful of times between eating protein.

Trying to focus on the positive to get to WI # 2

Can't wait to have access to signature so I can add weight ticker!!

This diet rocks and so do all you guys who help push us along!
Congrats on making it to goal!

Still hot and dry here in my zip code. And over night temperature inversions trap the smoke from regional fires making the air stink and sky hazy!

Feeling good after my yesterday afternoon WI with a 3.2 lb loss. I am 100% OP and trying hard!! Found a recipe website with Phase 1 legal (with some work) Paleo and Gluten Free recipes that only need two or three ingredients at the most deleted or changed out with WF. Any with more than that and I didn't bookmark them!

Planning our meals for a two day road trip with the Hubby (also on IP) and the pup. Made sure we got a hotel room that has a mini fridge and micro.

Just to try it out I'm going to buy some Ketone strips (Ketostiks, bunch of other names) today. Anyone have a brand they like the best?

Well time for my morning 1/2 of a 100 cal, Muscle Milk Light! It holds me till lunch. I then have the other 1/2 if dinner is going to be later than 6pm.

Everyone have a great day!

it must be raining everywhere, rainy here in Florida...the sunshine state? not so much this time of year... Happy IP Tuesday. Stay strong fight the urge to eat something off plan, most of the time it means you just need to eat again or drink water. hang in there.

I made a huge salad for lunch. I was shocked when I ate it all. Then I had an IP chocolate drink. Does anyone else think that is an odd combination? I do LOL, it was yummy!

Have a great day everyone! Fall sure seems in the air here.
