Looking for People in Edmonton on IP
 

Hi I am 35 years old and I am looking for buddies in Edmonton that would like to go to aqua zumba or walking I have a membership to the gym but never use it lol I am also not sure on what phase you start doing exercise

I am from Calgary AB :)

I live too far out to join you but I am wondering where you buy any alternatives.

I'm in Edmonton - but currently have no time to add working out to my schedule. I'd love to chat about stores in town. Like WF sellers - anyone else besides Sweet Tweet? I'll be looking into where to find alternatives this weekend (Costco, Wal-Mart) as I'm considering this option!

I 'm east of the city but work there. With my long commute and hectic work schedule I just don't have time to get to the gym. But I am thinking of checking out Millennium Place in SP as it is on my way home.

I was really happy this month to see that Sweet Tweet has reopened.

I use ebay and proteinwell.ca I occasionally order from Nashua

I go to New Weigh Inc on the south side she has so much stuff including WF Items and she sells IP by the packet as well as the box and you dont have to be a member for her to sell it to you.

I really like Kaizen Protein Powder at Costco and was pleasantly surprised this even to see it is $10 off this week. The Premier Nutrition RTDs are really good too. They are in the pharmacy section.

Where is Sweet Tweet?

Sweet Tweet is at 4345 50 Street. Take the Whitemud, head south on 50th street, and it's in the first block on the left. They have tons have WF products there, as well as Miracle Noodles, and lots of other great things. :smug:
