"Coach" says some people plan on the reboot every once in a while, most notably September and January. To reinforce/remember good habits and make sure they don't fall too far behind if they do gain a few pounds.
DH and i are both on plan. I am in Phase 2 - he is planning Phase Off starting in mid-October. We are going to get through the holidays, work out and tone up - and will plan on 'reboot' in January. If we don't need it, we'll be ahead. My coach said if you have a 2-3 week reboot, the phase off is much faster. Maybe just 3 days in each of Phase 2 and Phase 3.
