I think :?: that the people using the term 'Reboot' have generally been in maintenance for a while, gained some weight back, and are getting back on Phase 1 in order to get back to their goal weight. If that's not correct, hopefully someone will correct me.

That's how I understand it too - after Maintenance, if you've slipped a bit and want to get back to goal weight, you reboot Phase 1 for a little while to get back on track, and then phase back to Maintenance.

Exactly what reboot means! Whether people have been on holidays and just want to get back in routine or in my case below

I lost 70lbs in 14 weeks, then had 3 months on mum's stay with us, all there baking and buying I put a little back on, only about 15 lbs, I couldnt really tell but I knew it was there, so back on plan for 3 weeks so far and lost 12!

Cheers

"Coach" says some people plan on the reboot every once in a while, most notably September and January. To reinforce/remember good habits and make sure they don't fall too far behind if they do gain a few pounds.

DH and i are both on plan. I am in Phase 2 - he is planning Phase Off starting in mid-October. We are going to get through the holidays, work out and tone up - and will plan on 'reboot' in January. If we don't need it, we'll be ahead.

My coach said if you have a 2-3 week reboot, the phase off is much faster. Maybe just 3 days in each of Phase 2 and Phase 3. Any other/different advice?\ [SIGPIC]
