    Breakfast: Chocolate Fudge EAS Shake

    Lunch: 1 c. greens, citrus dressing

    Snack: vanilla shake

  • Breakfast: ProtiDiet Honey Nut cereal, coffee w/2oz EAS Carb AdvantEDGE vanilla RTD

    Lunch: 2 egg white omelette with 2 cups spinach, IP cookies & cream bar

    Dinner: Teriyaki tofu (marinated in Bragg's aminos, WF pancake syrup, crushed garlic and grated ginger), stir fry veggies over cauli rice

    Snack: Balanced Protein tomato soup flatbread pizza (Football night!)

    Breakfast: IP Chocolate RM drink
    Lunch: Tuna with lettuce, onion, green and red peppers, mushrooms, WF Balsamic, 1tsp evoo
    Dinner: G&O soy nuts
    Snack: Chocolate RM drink
  • Phase 1 (17 days in)

    Breakfast: IP Broccoli and Cheese Soup

    Lunch: IP Dill Pickle Zippers & 2 Cups of Asparagus

    Dinner: "Big Mac in a Bowl"

    Snack: Lemon Pudding turned into a shake

    mid morning: IP strawberry pudding which I did not like!
    lunch: potato soup with pureed veggies and salad
    late afternoon: IP bar
    dinner chicken w garlic and lemon, yellow squash and salad
    I was so hungry mid morning!

    Lunch--Big salad, choc peanut bar
    20 min exercise then vanilla protidiet wafer
    dinner--mini turkeyburger meatloaf, mashed cauliflower
    snack--cocoamint shake

    Dinner - Turkey patty with mushrooms, green peppers and cabbage
