First weigh in today

So I had my first weigh in today and I am down 7 lbs and 7.5 inches! So excited! The first few days were horrible but now I feel like a different person and I feel like I can continue for a very long time

Congrats!

Cant wait for my first weight in Thursday. I agree the first 3 days were terrible. I am feeling better now not great but better. I have been starving today, right now I am waiting for my dinner to come out of the oven.
