Has anyone tried these protein shakes? They have less carbs and more protein than IP..

I drink the Pure Protein RTD shakes all the time. They work great for me. I like the Frosty Chocolate flavor.

IMO that's a good alternative choice. You could use just 75% of the amount of protein for a total of 18.75g/serving, which is in line with the average amount of protein per IP product.

I used Pure Protein powder, RTDs the whole time during phase 1.

While I doubt it makes much if any difference IP packets are MPI and MPC which is milk protein isolate and concentrate which means they are a blend of Whey and Casein proteins.

Casein is a much slower digesting protein than whey.

If you want to replicate IP packets you can buy from these guys.

There are a bunch of discount codes running around out there too.

Did you use the pure protein for all 3 packaged protein requirements, or just 1 per day of non-IP

Check out EAS Carb advantedge ready to drink shakes...Walmart $4.74 a 4 pack...low carb and ZERO sugars...110 cal.....17g protein...4 carbs, 1 from fiber, 0 from sugar...3 net carbs for those who watch that...and again, ZERO sugar!

These are what I use since program start.

I use these as an alternative to IP too! I get the chocolate EAS AdvantEDGE ready shakes in chocolate from BJ's Wholesale - $26.50 for a case of 24!
