Are you talking about a particular brand/sports drink? do you have the whole nutritional information?

it has stevia , sorbitol,beta-carotene,potassium sorbate, purified water as non medicinal and L carnitine and Vitamin B5 as 'medicinal" my 'coach' said it will help balance the fat loss

I'd be hesitant of two things:

- sorbitol (sugar alcohol) may have no carbs, but it can confuse the pancreas and increase cravings. It also has bad stomach effects on some people.

- Ideal Protein is a precise, medically crafted diet program. L-cartinine isn't going to accelerate or contribute much if you are following the diet correctly. You don't need extra amino acids to "balance" anything out. I'd question your coach's reasoning and read up on it before following that advice - you can't really "cheat" or "play" this diet and be long-term successful.
