Creamed Spinach

Not sure if this recipe is out there or not..but i totally made this by accident last night!!!

I made the broccoli and cheese soup and wanted to add some spinach to get my veggies in. I heated up a bag of cut leaf spinach. When I added the 1 cup of spinach, it ended up being very thick. A perfect side dish!!! I ate it with grilled chicken!!!

If I knew how to add a picture on here, I would. It is soooo delish!!!!

That looks great! The broccoli and cheese soup is also really good with LizRR's cauliflower/celery/garlic puree recipe.
