Default Good new from My IP Coach

IPers...We have 11 weeks before Thanksgiving. That's 11 weeks to get your fat burn on before the holidays begin--and many of our goals will switch from loss to maintenance. Ladies, you can have 33 pounds gone by then; Gents expect 55 pounds.

Let's go to work.

Just think, I could lose 33lbs before TURKEY DAY!!! WHOOP WHOOP!!

Happy Birthday! Love your attitude. Make an IP mug cake or something and reward yourself with relationships instead of food.

~30 lbs by Thanksgiving? I'm IN!
And I'll have more to go so Thanksgiving will be IP-friendly. I ate light/gluten-free last year for Thanksgiving (cali-mash, green beans, turkey, stuffing made from Almond flour and a sugar-free pumpkin dessert). Guess I'll just forgo the Pumpkin & stuffing this year!

That's funny...cause I was just thinking that I want new family pictures taken for Christmas, meaning that they'd have to be taken before Thanksgiving. I'm making that my prize at the end! We got a new Yorkie pup this summer, so he'll be a part of it too! Our girls are thrilled.

Anyway, that 30 lbs sounds fabulous...I'm all in!! Happy birthday jricks!

I love the idea of losing 30 by Turkey Day because that will take me to my goal, or at least what I think my goal is going to be. Last year I was IP, this year I would love for it to be a free day.
