I have been using Newman's Own Lite Italian. It has 1 carb per 2 T. I eat salad every day and still been losing using it!

We have always used newmans own light oil and vinegar...no issues with losses! I find it convenient when I don't want to make salad dressing.

I always make my own, also.

I use

evoo
lemon juice
prepared mustard
Fresh or minced garlic
salt and pepper

It's very good. In fact, I left it in Dallas a couple of weeks ago when I visited and stayed with a (non-IP) friend. I called her when I realized I had left it and told her to go ahead an use it, since I wouldn't be back there until next month.

She emailed me that night to ask what was in it so she could make her own!

I use white vinegar, a little bit of Mrs Dash spicy, a little mustard and a little hot sauce. I mix up a fair bit of bit and let it sit in a jar.

Thanks so much for the help with the dressing I have been making my own and was wanting to have something different as I always seem to go back to the same ingredients and needed help to give myself more variety on my salads and veggies.
