Suggestions for leg cramps??

I am a newbie to posting on this forum, however I have been lurking and seeing what a great resource and support system it offers! :) Can wait to try out all of the great sounding recipes!
I had planned on starting the IP diet at beginning of summer but decided to wait until kids went back to school. So, their first day of school was my first day of the program! I love it, down 8 lbs after 2 weeks, but having lots of legs cramps in the night. My coach said I can take another potassium pill before bed, however still having the cramps. Wondered if it is ok to drink diet tonic water to help? Or any other suggestions welcome!
Thanks!

Salt! Make sure you are getting your salt. Pickles help lots of people too.

Take both potassiums at night and eat a pickle

Thanks! Hopefully between salt and more potassium at night the cramps will stop!
