It will pass, but make sure you are drinking your water and eating enough protein and spread your salt intake throughout the day.

I also just stuck to the foods I didn't mind, which for me meant drinks blended with ice cold water and ice. Try to be gentle with yourself for a few days too and you'll feel better soon!

Salt intake could be the culprit here, try having pickles as 1 cup of your veggies for a few days and make sure you are using your salt as often as possible. Also talk to your coach. It is possible that you are sensitive to one of the protein forms used in the packets, but better to rule out other causes first.

I get very nauseous if I take the supplements on an empty stomach.
I have to take them after meals or with meals and I am fine.

Salt water helped me through that. I am doing this on my own but the suggestion came from my niece's coach
