Thought I'd get the party started :)
Breakfast: IP Caramel crunch bar, coffee Lunch: IP Mushroom soup grilled cheese (make the soup into 2 small flatbreads, then grill with 2 Tbsp cheddar Veggie Shreds till melted!); romaine salad with 2 cups mixed veg (peppers, cukes, bean sprouts) Dinner: Big mac in a bowl made with ground turkey Snack: HealthWise Strawberry pudding |
Phase 1 Week 13 Day 2
Same thing every day: Breakfast: Green Smootie 2 cups Spinach 1 cap full White Chocolate Sugar Free suryp 1 scoop powder Water Blend Add 4 ice cubes Lunch: Same as Breakfast Dinner: Roasted Chicken Breast, or grilled Tilipia. |

L-1 cup spinach, 1 cup broccoli and chocolate shake D- 8 oz chicken with steamed broccoli S-chocolate pancake mix with 1 1/2 oz water and microwaved for 1 min to make a little cake/love it. |

made the crispy cereal pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious!
lunch will probably be soup and sald supper chicken breast with asparagus and mushrooms and a small salad and possibly some caulifower mash I'm really sick right now and can't really taste anything trying to fit my meals in regardless so I'm not skipping |

Breakfast: IP Cocolate shake blended with ice Lunch: IP Choclate shake blended with ice Salad with lettuce, mushroom, cucumber, zuchinni and peppers WF Thousand Island Dinner: 8oz BBQ chicken Salad with lettuce, mushroom, cucumber, zuchinni and peppers WF Ranch maybe some roasted cauliflower Snack: IP chocolate shake blended with ice and a drop of mint extract |

Breakfast: Pina Colada Drink Lunch: 2 egg whites, salad, IP strawberry wafers (UM YUM), cellery Dinner: Flank steak marinated in WF Asian, grilled veggies Snack: IP Raspberry Jello The flanksteak was YUMMA. I forgot how good that is! |
