I use the Advantedge EAS carb control shakes in replacement of the IP RTD shakes.

IP products are quite expensive so some people use alternative products, same amount of calories/proteins/carbs/etc... or close... you might want to check dietdirect dot com - this website have sales and tons of products to search for... hope it's not a problem to cite the website :)

IP alternative means using products that are not IP..they are very similar/if not exact dupes. are made by other companies and are less expensive.

I chose to do the IP alternative diet due to the expense. I know that this site can be confusing when you are just starting out.
