5. Most extra larges are too big!!!!!!
6. I feel better physically and mentally
7. My little sister and brother in law heard sbout mine and DHs success and are now doing IP themselves!
So thank you to everyone who has encouraged me! I dont think i would have held on this long without your support!!!! I love this forum!

Good morning everyone! I have two quick questions: I only use olive oil to cook with, I'm still loosing 3 lbs a week steadily, will this become an issue in the future? As in, stall my losses? Secondly, I have been feeling really tired and sluggish, lately. Anyone else feel this way? I'm on my 9th week, just feel tired all the time. Maybe I"m doing something wrong?

Thanks!

I would try to get the oil in on your salads. Just a thought. Great work on the three pounds weekly.

Hi, On some days I would only use EVOO to cook with and not on anything. Actually, all of the time I did. I never ate salads in P1. I would toss veggies in it for roasting or put in in the pan to cook up veggies and tofu. You should be all set! Being tired was a norm for me during P1. Hang in there.

Happy weekend! I have to go back and read through the threads later, but wanted to pop in and say hi Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

We had the littlest's birthday party yesterday - it was a great success and I stayed OP the whole party! Plenty of temptations, some were VERY hard to resist, but I didn't cheat Seemed like every time I felt like I was going to give in, someone would come up to me and ask if I've lost weight! Today is post-party hangover and cleanup

That's a relief... I rarely eat salads, either. Did you do anything to help with the tired feelings? I'm willing to deal with it for the next six-ish months, but that wouldn't be completely ideal.

I have MORE energy in ketosis. It is so interesting how differently it affects us all.

I have more energy too, but I think it is because I'm eating better than I have in a long time. I think all those processed foods wore me down!

I had heard so much about a "burst of energy" during ketosis, that I was excited for... But if anything, I feel MORE tired than I used to.

I'm eating better than I have my entire life, processed foods for probably every meal. Maybe my body is just different.

Oddly enough, when I started IP last November, I had so much energy, it was unbelievable. I HAD to get up at 6 because I couldn't sleep anymore. And that was really strange for me. I quit IP in May when I reached goal and I just went back on the diet 2 weeks ago. This time, I am sooooo tired, it's weird. But, I was off work for the summer. When I get back to my routine this week, it will probably get better. Let's hope so. So just to say that with IP, you never know that will happen...

Does anyone know the recipe for making the IP tomato basil soup into a flatbread? I've searched many threads but can't seem to find it.
