Bloated Anyone?
I have been feeling bloated all week. I've tried to increase my water intake as much as possible and avoid salt the last few days. I have my WI tomorrow and feel like if I could just get rid of this bloating the scale would be back to what it was at last week (maybe even lower), rather than 3 lbs higher which it has been showing the last 4 days!
Any suggestions on what I can do today to get rid of this bloating? |
I like to drink hot peppermint tea, it seems to work well. :hug:

I am on week 3 and I had a severe bout of bloating last week. I have a good size hernia and boy I was miserable for at least 2 days. It did go away on its own. I actually feel less bloated this week than I have in many months. So give it time. I am too new on the program to give you any more advice than what I have experienced. Good luck.

If you are eating the bars or the cookies, or anything else with sugar alcohols listed, try stopping for a few days. For me they cause severe bloating ns horrible gas (sorry tmi)!

That's b/c sugar alcohols will cause bloating!
