What to do if you forget your supplements
So this morning I forgot to take my supplements - the multi vitamin and the potassium/calcium. I've been on IP for about 2.5 months and have never forgotten them before. Do you know what you do when that happens? Do you just take them when you can? I won't be home for about 10 hours (and I work 45 min away), and that'll be the time to take my dinner supplements. Do I just take them all at once? Thanks!

I forget all the time because I rush in the morning, I just take them when I get home, it's never been a problem. They are just vitamins so the times advised are really just recommendations. My coach has me add another of the pot/cal one at night because I was exp. charlie horses.

Just take them when you can, it's not like a medication where you HAVE to take them at certain times of the day. My coach had us spread them out over the day just so we're not taking so many all at once.
