trouble concentrating, fuzzy headed
hello all!!
two weeks in as of tomorrow-- down 6lbs! quick question for all of you: i'm still feeling fuzzy headed and just a little. . . off. my hormones are also DEFINITELY affected, as i've been pretty cranky and irritable (very out of character for me) especially in the middle of the day. anyone else have experience with this? also, a couple of silly questions: is mesclun classified as part of unlimited lettuce or two cups of veggies? aaaaand, is cinnamon allowed? thanks everyone!! hope you all had a lovely OP day!! :hug: |
i would get this in my first few weeks too, for me I needed more salt. I just put some sea salt in my palm and lick it...seriously within 5 minutes I was back to normal.

I am assuming that you are eating your protein snack in the evening. Try moving your protein snack to mid afternoon and see if that does not take off that fuzzy effect. Are you doing diet with IP coach or as an alternative? Your coach would be able to better assist you.
