Default I'm back
Hey everyone! I haven't been here for a while. In May, I had made it to phase 3 and thought I had this. I told my coach I could do the rest on my own. It turned out I regained 30 pounds since then. I had missed so many things and felt like a kid in a candy shop. I had been thinking of going back to IP for a month but felt really embarrassed!! But my coach was sooooo supportive. This time, I will do this!! Have a great day! And thanks in advance for the great support there is here.

I was missing for awhile too, but these folks are so welcoming and supportive here... Sorry about the rebound, but congratulations on your new resolve ! I know what you mean about missing things. The first time I had certain things, like nuts, or ice cream, or cheese....I was out of my mind with joy and a few times, I ate way too much. It's only human, but ultimately, I decided I wanted my new life more, so I am much better about controlling them now.

I think the support here keeps our awareness up and accountability to ourselves too. I can't afford the IP products anymore, so I'm making do with home made alternatives, but the mindset of dilligence and awareness found here is still a great help to me.

Wuv you are looking so great! You are such an inspiration to all of us, for your strength and persistence and generosity. This journey is so amazing....it does me good to keep coming back here, even if it's not everyday.

Thanks!!! And Wuv, you've come a long way. You are so inspirational to all of us. You should have a nobel prize or something. lol If your goal is 11 pounds, you are almost there girl!!! There won't be much left to be wuved. lol lol lol
