No more hurt in my knees!
 

I realized last night that after losing just 9 lbs on IP my legs and knees feel so much better! Just wanted to share!! Go IP friends!!!!;);););)

I PEEEEEEED my pants I am so happy for you. Keep on working hard, us newbees need each other. (And all the help from new friends on 3 fat chicks!)

OMG! These are the best NSVs - I have a back condition (spondylolysthesis) with my lowest 3 vertebrae are misaligned, causing 2 bulging disks, that aggravate 2 nerves going down my right leg. I also have a torn ACL in my right knee and recurrent plantar fasciitis.

I realized that a month into IP my chronic back pain, the tingling down my leg, and the popping in my knee were GONE. I am now wearing 'heels' (4" espadrilles) to work every day, and I have NO PAIN - I was wearing the medical line of Crocs to work daily for over 3 years before (I had a pair in black & brown). I started jogging (slowly for now, but still...I am jogging) and my heel pain is no where to be found. It's amazing how our bodies respond and bounce back when we give it the chance!
