I love jicama sliced into "fries" and sprinkled with lime juice and chili powder.

I steamed and then pureed jicima to make crispy cereal pancakes this morning. A little tricky because of the higher sugar content than cauliflower but if I had lowered the heat, perfect AND the last one did come out as real and fluffy as the ones my husband made.
I heated some chunks with cinnamon and added it to my oatmeal. YUM. |
I love it diced, sprinkled with cinnamon, topped with WF pancake syrup and microwaved until warm!
