Okay....kind of feeling silly and definitely like a newbie.
I thought Alternative meant buying Alternative products.

I didn't realize that IP has an alternative diet plan in which you add in some 'store bought' foods with breakfast and lunch!
I was adding in store-bought foods.
So I was eating carbs.


I guess I'll be starting over tomorrow with the packets only, except for dinner.
Hope I didn't ruin my potential 1st week weight loss these past 2 days!

I just realized the other day that the vitamins I had at home had carbs in them, never even thought to look, but they are "gummy" vitamins. Oops. Guess I will have to go get different ones.
