Body Wrap Party

I was invited to one of those body wrap parties, where you wrap a part of your body for 45 minutes and you are supposed to lose inches over the next 72 hours. I was going to do my stomach...

My concern is dehydration...

Are we allowed to do these kinds of wraps on IP? And if so should I be worried about dehydration???

By the way, wrapping your torso in Kelp does NOT count towards your 4 cups of veggies for the day! Have fun and let us know how it goes! I always wondered if those things do any good, or just put my "green" in their wallets (a wee bit of a skeptic here -- but willing to be open minded so please report back)

Aww, you're taking away half the fun!

I had a full body wrap one time in Mexico, but I picked the chocolate wrap over the kelp one. I don't think I was any smaller, but I sure smelled good enough to eat!

My Mom and I did this once. We had the whole body wrap. We fet skinnier when we left but as the day went on we were back to normal :dizzy:
