IP vs Atkins---difference

When I get to brag about my success on IP people tend to say "oh like Atkins". How do I explain to them that it is not Atkins? They wonder why I am paying so much on IP when I could do Atkins for "free". How do I boil the benefits to IP into a few sentences?

I did Atkins alone. With IP I have support.

The difference is IP gives you the IDEAL amount of protein for your body...ATKIN'S gives your body OVERLOAD with protein and fat!
