  • Breakfast: Iced Mocha Frappuccino, 2 turkey sausages with 1 tbsp WF maple syrup (added protein for bike ride day)
    Lunch: Greek Salad and Mock Wine!!!!
    Supper: Roast Beef, Rutabaga and Celery Crock Pot Supper
    Snack: not sure!! maybe chocolate soy puffs
  • Phase 2: Week 2, Day 2

    Breakfast@9am: Spinach Mocha Latte
    IP Chocolate RTD
    1c Spinach + 1.5c Romaine
    2.5c Half Caf Coffee
    WF Caramel Sauce

    Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 1c veggies
    Chicken Breast
    roasted cauliflower, celery, & garlic purée

    Snack@4pm: Pudding Waffles
    IP Banana Pudding
    2 Egg Whites
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Dinner@8pm: 8oz protein + 2c veggies
    ? Out to dinner ?
  • Breakfast = IP blueberry cran drink

    Lunch = IP cr chicken soup with one cup green pepper and 1 cup mushrooms with olive oil

    Supper = big mac in a bowl

    Snack = IP choc drink (my fav)
  • B - Coffee with EAS vanilla drink
    L - Broccoli cole slaw with EVOO and sea salt with EAS drink an hour later
    D - Steak with asparagus
    S - EAS drink
  • Chobani Yogurt with Granola.....salmon w/horseradish



  • Phase 1, week 3, day 4
    Busy out-of-the-house day, so kinda eating on the fly most of the day

    Breakfast: IP cookies & cream bar, black coffee

    Lunch: EAS AdvantEDGE chocolate RTD

    Party snacks: 2 cups mixed veggies and pickles from the veggie platter

    Dinner: big romaine salad with zukes, broccoli, chopped grilled chicken and WF sesame ginger dressing

    Snack: IP Wildberry yogurt drink
  • Phase 1~Week 4~Day 7

    Breakfast:
    IP RTD Chocolate Shake

    Lunch:
    IP herb and cheese omelett
    1C sautéed zucchini

    Dinner:
    8oz Basa fish with cumin and salt
    2C romaine lettuce, 2C mushroom, radish, cucumber 2 tsp EVOO

    Snack:
    Either IP peanut bar or IP strawberry wafer
  • Phase 1, day 23

    Breakfast: vanilla shake with rootbeer flavored stevia drops

    Lunch: 2 c. mixed green salad, 1000 dressing 2 hardboiled eggs

    Snack: dark chocolate shake with coffee

    Dinner: 5 oz hamburger patty with iceberg salad & cucumbers..relish, 1000 dressing, wf, wf ketchup,

    Snack: 1/2 pb puffs, 1/2 chocolate puffs
