Breakfast@7:30am: Restricted
IP Caramel Nut Bar

1/2-Snack@8am:
1c Half-Caf Coffee
1/2 IP Vanilla RTD

15-minute Elliptical & Bodypump@8:15-9:30am

1/2-Snack@10am:
1c Half-Caf Coffee
1/2 IP Vanilla RTD
^^split my extra workout snack before & after weightlifting

Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 2c veggie
Salmon & Salad w/Lemon @ Central Market Caf
2c Rhubarb Jam @ home

Dinner@5pm: 8oz protein + 2c veggie
Chicken Breast
Asparagus

Snack@9pm: Pudding Crepes
IP Vanilla Pudding
2 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
WF Caramel Sauce
^^2 egg whites on exercise days

Breakfast: IP maple oatmeal pancake, black coffee

Lunch: Romaine salad, 1C mixed veggies (peppers, onion, cukes), WF caesar; Balanced Protein chicken noodle soup

Snack: 1/2 C kale chips (equivalent to 1C raw)

Dinner: Grilled chicken salad with romaine, 1 C zukes and 1C mushrooms, WF ranch

Snack: IP Blueberry Cran-Granata drink

Lunch - BIG salad, RTD drink

Snack - IP Choc Chip Cookie

Supper - Zucchini Lasagne, 8 oz lean burger

Lunch: sauteed zucchini noodles, red peppers, leeks with roasted red pepper puree and fettuccine (miracle noodles)

Snack: 1/2 dill pickle zippers, 1/2 cookies and cream bar

Dinner: romaine salad with red peppers, hot peppers, celery, red onion and vinaigrette, grilled chicken breast

Snack: blueberry cran-granata shake

Lunch: pina colada shake

Dinner: stuffed bell pepper with ground beef and roasted veggies...served with 2 c. spring salad...1000 dressing, wf

Snack: vanilla "rootbeer" shake

B= iced coffee two splenda with a IP choc pudding added
L= IP cream chicken soup with 1 cup mushrooms and 1 cup green pepper added that was sautéed in olive oil
S= IP choc Drink
D= big mac in a bowl made with ground turkey and a small salad

L - shredded broccoli with EVOO, salt, EAS strawberry drink
D - bed of spinach with beef stew made IP style
S - EAS chocolate drink

Supper: 6 oz Ham and Deep-Dish Rutabaga Fennel Gratin (oh heaven)
Snack: 1 Cup Kale Chips, Dr Kraker Snackers (alternative)

Snack: protidiet pomegranate raspberry bar

Lunch: protidet vanilla shake,1 cup broc 1 cup cucs with WF chipotle Ranch dressing

Dinner: 8 oz burger,2 cups salad with WF dressing
