Phase 4 Lunch Ideas

  • Any ideas for Maintenance lunches (carb poor)? I'm so over lean meat in salads...even with real dressing , avocados, it gets borrrriiinnnggg....
  • Amen to that! i get very sick of the same lunch of grilled chicken salad. When I get bored sometimes I do a lettuce wrap "sandwich" with lean turkey, mayo, tomato and cucumber, or a couple of 98% FF hot dogs with lo-carb ketch-up, mustard and some carrots and pork rines. Or if I am really wanting bread, I have a lean turkey sandwich with SMART wheat bread (18g carbs for 2 pieces) and then have a fat for dinner instead of carbs. Hope that gives you some more ideas!


  • i don't know all the foods you can have on phase 4...(i'm still on phase 1) but when i get "bored" with salads or the same ole same ole.......i make tiny finger foods...my nibbles lunch...

    cut up all the foods you can have into small bite size pieces and enjoy all the textures and colors...

    something like this...
    or sometimes i put them on a skewer..
    food always seems better on a skewer!!

    sometimes just changing up the WAY you eat a certain food helps!!
