Happy Hump Day. It's Wednesday 08/08/2012; What are you eating today????
Breakfast:
IP Vanilla RTD (first time having it and it was very yummy)
Lunch:
Huge salad w/ 1c broccoli and 1c cucumbers w/ WF dressing
Snack:
Salt & Vinegar Ridges
Dinner:
IP potato puree made into a bun (adding jalapenos to my bun, thanks to RAINBOW!!
hamburger with mustard, pickles, onions, jalapenos, and maybe some mushrooms

Breakfast: IP caramel crunch bar, black coffee
Lunch: IP Mushroom soup with 1 c. mushrooms added in, romaine salad with 1 cup cukes
Snack: 1 cup dill pickles
Dinner: big romaine salad with 1 cup peppers and zukes, topped with leftover pork roast
Snack: Vanilla pudding shake with a dash of cinnamon

Going to play BINGO with some friends after work, so trying to mixing up my meat eating schedule a bit
Breakfast : Herb and Cheese Omelet with Spinach
Lunch : salad with veggies and 8oz chicken, EVOO/vinegar dressing
Dinner :Frozen chocolate shake with WF chocolate syrup and cut celery/cauliflower (at BINGO hall)
Snack : IP Potato Puree

Snack: celery
Lunch: butterscotch pudding with ice and 1 serv. of walden farms caramel sauce & coffee
snack: 1 c. cabbage with wf cole slaw dressing
Dinner: 5 oz steak, a wedge of iceburg lettuce and 1 c. grilled zucchini
snack: strawberry pudding with ice and 2 tablespoons of wf strawberry syrup
