I am new it IP also. My husband and I started on 8/13/12. Very excited about this journey! My only issue is headaches. I am suffering with headaches each night. I tried adding salt to my water but it's not helping. Any advice?

Welcome to all the new members. This forum is what keeps my mind on the right track. They have been my "coaches" since I'm doing alternatives all the way. It's been a slow process but well worth the wait :)
