have you thought of ordering the WF from netrition??? they have a flat shipping of 4.95 no matter the quantity???
i have not ordered yet from them, was lucky enough to find the WF raspberry spread (which i like) in fl when visiting my mom but i am getting an order ready to make because i want to try the strawberry spread.
i yearn for my tea and toast breakfasts...with jam...typical british weekly fare...and 2 tsp would just be a tease to me!! haha
still....it seems like a pretty good option ...
i read once on this forum...be careful of the items that are "CLOSE" to being on your program...once you start "allowing" this or that...other items tend to slip in as well...and i have not forgotten that...
choose your extra's wisely!!
i figure if a few extras can keep me closer to program, then all the better...as long as i have control and they don't start causing cravings or binges...i am ok with extras!!!
