i went to the sticky under the first post in each day's "daily" thread.
Under the "info for newbies" there is stuff on alternatives. in that section there was all the nutritional numbers for the IP products. I ran off those sheets. There was also the numbers for different alternatives too but they are getting dated. I went to the sites that sell alternatives such as Nashua and checked the numbers of similar products to the IP numbers.
On IP it seems to be 9 carbs and above to be restricted. Some of the alternative products such as oatmeal have fewer carbs than the IP product so you get a bit more variety.
It is quite easy after the first order.

Anyone have either one of these things happen? Sore joints/muscles and/or difficulty losing those last pounds?
Thanks much.

My joints have been KILLING me - but I never connected it to the diet - more to the being heavy before - but it has been SO much worse in the last few months - I'd be interested to hear if others have this too

I do take the olive oil, but I have been cooking with it, so maybe I'm not getting all of it from the pan. I'll try adding it to food after cooking as well. My instructions say 1-2 teaspoons olive oil. Some days I probably only get 1 teaspoon. Maybe I'll try doing the full 2. Thanks again.

If you are using the oil to cook you are not getting all of it. This caused a long stall for me till I realized I was not getting the oil in. That really slows down the loss. Now I use a light spray of Pam to cook and measure out my oil for my salad.

Back from WI #3 and down another 3.5 pounds, for a total of 15.5!!!
This almost seems too good to be true! This is the easiest diet I've ever been on.
Did ask my coach about Mio. He said that even though it says 0 carbs, that's because they round down. It really has a fraction of a carb and if you have too much, of course, that adds up. I gotta say the sweet tea was pretty good - maybe just one each day...

Hi all!
Back from my vacation, and had my first WI for three weeks. I lost only 4 pounds in 3 weeks. I was 100% OP!
I took restricted bars with me, and had one a day. That really tends to slow me down.
But I am really close to goal. My ultimate goal is to get to the 25% BMI, which will probably show up in 5-6 more pounds.

lol...i placed mine today too!!! i am trying the wf bbq sauce, the wf strawberry spread, and the wf pancake syrup!!
so far i have tried..
wf raspberry spread...which i like
wf marshmallow dip...which i dont like by itself...its globby goop!! doesn't float on coffee or hot cocoa...just flops to the bottom in a lump...but its not bad when you thin it out a bit with a tbsp milk or maybe water...but i won't order again
wf ranch...i haven't opened yet!!
wf caramel...not bad...globby but a nice flavor....but what to use it with!!!???? i hav only used a wee bit.
wf chocolate syrup...its just ok...i like the torani chocolate syrup much better
GOOD LUCK!!!
