I noticed that my weight loss was slowing down even though i had lots to lose..so i incorperated some light walking or some run/walk 30 minutes a day and my body started shedding the pounds a lot quicker...When you get down to your last few..usually increasing exercise activity will help take off those last few...Or so i have heard..
Sore joints-are your taking your olive oil?? cause it helps with that.
Thank you for the response, Porthardygurl. I was told not to do much exercise, so I haven't done any LOL. A light walk each day might help.
I do take the olive oil, but I have been cooking with it, so maybe I'm not getting all of it from the pan. I'll try adding it to food after cooking as well. My instructions say 1-2 teaspoons olive oil. Some days I probably only get 1 teaspoon. Maybe I'll try doing the full 2. Thanks again.
Hi All! I tried asking this on the Alternative thread, but didn't see a response. I know some of you use alternative products. My question is how do you know you can use it and what constitutes it being restricted or not?

Here's a link to the nutrition info for all of the actual IP products. Just make sure the products you use are the same or very close in Protein, Carbs, Fat and Calories.
So I just stepped on the scale at work, and it says I'm only down 1lb from last Monday when I weighed myself. I'm not bugging out, I've read enough on here to see that many people lose inches but not pounds in weeks 2-3 and I know I had a HUGE week last week, but I was hoping for a wee bit more. It would just be nice to have a 3# week after this weekend, but I keep reminding myself that down is still DOWN! I also have NO idea when TOM will be, I haven't been tracking lately so I am not sure when I should be expecting it.

anything that has over 9g of protein is considered restricted
